Description

The two-line distributor is mainly composed of two parts: the base and the metering block. All bases and metering elements are nickel plated (all stainless steel 316 optional). The corrosion resistance of the nickel plating treatment is 70 times that of the previous zinc plating treatment. Inlet and outlet threads are: UNI-ISO 7/1 (BSP) and NPTF The metering block can choose two kinds of fixed displacement and adjustable displacement. The displacement-adjustable metering block is equipped with an adjustment rod, the displacement can be adjusted through the internal thread, and it is equipped with a protective cover for protection and sealing. The flow rates of the metering blocks are: 1ml/cycle; 2ml/cycle; 3ml/cycle; in addition, a blank base plate (lubricating point spare) can be ordered together with the base plate, so as to add lubrication points in the future. Advantages of the two-wire modular system: • Flexible arrangement of lubrication systems. • The number of metering blocks can be increased or decreased according to actual needs. • Fewer spare parts = lower inventory costs. • Blank backplanes are available as spares. • Reduce labor and plumbing costs: Metering blocks can be removed without disconnecting existing plumbing. • Reduced maintenance costs: The modular concept reduces component replacement costs. Installation/Operation: Base: A standard base consists of at least three elements: the inlet base, the intermediate base and the end base. CE\ATEX certification
