Description

Sordi's Juice machine line Sugar is one of the main raw materials in juice and beverage industry. Dissolution of granular sugar into syrup is one of the steps required for the preparation of juices. Conventional systems are usually offered with sugar hot dissolution, its loading by screw and relevant filtration. The sugary syrup, produced in this way, can also be pasteurized. A wide range of minor ingredients, solid or liquid, are added to the sugar syrup for the preparation of beverages. A series of mixing tanks ensures the powders dissolution and the discharge of liquid concentrates. The capacity and the number of mixers are determined by the juice machine recipe and the production capacity as requested by customer. The recombining lines of juice machine for fruit juices and different drinks foresee: • Preparation of sugar syrup • Water mixing with fruit concentrates, flavours or other ingredients The mixing lines of juice machine can be of two different types: • Discontinuous: the components are mixed in tanks. Working system can be either automatic or manual. Dosing with relevant Brix control can be done, on request, automatically with pneumatic valves, refractometer and control PLC with an automatic receipt system • Continuous and automatic: with an inline refractometric control and regulating system and the automatic receipt controlled by PLC
