Automated pallet changer SP-APC 1

The SP-APC 1 pallet changer is a compact and economical automation system for the automatic exchange of clamping devices and pallets on machine tools. The system has been specifically developed for the flexible automation of milling, grinding, EDM and measuring processes and enables a significant reduction of non-productive time while increasing machine utilization.

Thanks to its compact design, the SP-APC 1 requires only minimal floor space in front of the machine and is ideally suited for integration into existing production environments. Large glass doors across the entire front side provide maximum access to the magazine and enable ergonomic and fast loading and unloading of pallets.

The system features simple installation, short commissioning times and high operator friendliness. Due to its universal expandability and compatibility with all common CNC controls, the pallet changer can be flexibly adapted to a wide variety of machine and production concepts.
Automatic doors, safety light curtains and safety fences are available for retrofitting existing machining centers.
