Automated pallet changer SP-APC 2

The automatic pallet changer SP-APC 2 has been developed for the flexible and economical automation of modern manufacturing processes. The system combines maximum magazine capacity with minimal floor space and enables efficient automation for a wide range of machining centers.

Thanks to its modular design, the magazine capacity can be individually adapted to customer requirements. The system grows flexibly with production demands — from a single magazine up to a multi-magazine solution with up to 240 pallets.

The SP-APC 2 is equally suitable for single-part production, small batch manufacturing and serial production. Large magazine doors provide fast, ergonomic and user-friendly access to the magazine and significantly simplify pallet loading and unloading.

Due to its compact design, easy installation and compatibility with all common CNC controls, the pallet changer can be seamlessly integrated into existing production environments. The system offers high process reliability, reduced setup times and maximum machine availability.
