Product overview
This continuous-type Radio Frequency (RF) dryer RF/C is designed for yarn-package dye-columns to streamline dye-house logistics by enabling vertical handling of dye-columns and reducing product handling and associated costs.

Operation and handling
Yarn-package dye-columns are carried into and through the RF/C drying chamber in a vertical position by a stepped carousel system. The step pace is adjustable to meet drying requirements determined by yarn type, package weight and moisture content.

Loading and unloading
The loading/unloading station is located at the front of the dryer. From this position an operator or a robotized handling device can load wet dye-columns directly from the hydro-extractor and unload dried columns to the finished-product area.

Controls and settings
All operating parameters (RF power, carousel speed, etc.) are set by a PLC via a touch-screen operator panel, allowing repeatable process control and easy adjustments.
