Overview
Compact, precise and fast automatic case packer designed for packing products into pre-die-cut cardboard cartons. Suitable for medium to high production volumes and for integration into automated production lines.

Main performance
SC03 produces up to 30 cartons/min (typical example: 25 pcs per carton). When combined with feeding units CF1 or CF3, the complete line can reach a total output of approximately 2,400–2,500 swabs/min.

Packaging
Pre-die-cut cardboard cartons (pre-folded/pre-stamped cartons designed for rapid machine loading).

Throughput
25 ÷ 30 x 50 – 23 ÷ 25 x 60 – 20 ÷ 21 x 100 – 13 ÷ 14 x 150 – 10 ÷ 11 x 200 – 06 ÷ 07 x 300 (examples by carton capacity and machine speed).

Swabs/min
Up to 2,000–2,100 swabs/min (dependent on the max output of CF1 or CF3 feeding units).
