Product overview
This IBC Tipper ITM01 is a manual-hydraulic unit designed to fully decant open-base IBCs and minimise product waste. The tipping system is suitable for IBCs up to a safe working load (SWL) of 1000 kg and is not intended for closed-base IBCs.

Key features

• Fork layout and construction: fixed forks with an outer width of 540 mm to fit under standard 1000-litre open-base IBCs.
• Securing the IBC: 50 mm stainless-steel ratchet and 50 mm polyester strap for retention during decanting; ratchet tension and quick release for removal.
• Manual tipping: quick-lift manual-hydraulic pump operated by pumping a handle; control lever and lowering valve return the IBC to upright position.
• ATEX option: ITM01-Ex variant available for gas and dust zones 1, 2, 21 and 22; hydraulic lifter designed for electrical continuity; Declaration of Conformity supplied.
• Construction: steel frame with stainless-steel securing bar; mild steel grit-blasted, stainless components aqua-blasted; primer and polyester powder coat on mild steel; stainless surfaces finished smooth and clean.
• Mobility and operation: unit can be moved when unloaded; tipping operation performed with unit stationary.
