SWECO lab-scale separation and grinding equipment is designed for R&D and small-batch processing where process flexibility, repeatability and compact footprint are essential. Round Separators
SWECO Vibro-Energy Round Separators provide versatile screening and separation. Available from 18‑inch to 72‑inch diameter; 18‑inch and 24‑inch units are commonly used in lab-scale applications.

Low Profile
The Low Profile Flow-Thru Separator features a compact, low-headroom design. Dual opposite-mounted motors produce a 3‑D motion that maximizes flow-through capacity, making it suitable for constrained lab environments.

PharmASep
PH06 and PH12 PharmASep Filter Dryers offer aseptic-compatible batch processing up to approximately 1 KG, intended for pharmaceutical R&D and development labs requiring controlled drying and filtration.

Gyratory Sifter
The ATLAS lab-scale gyratory sifter delivers a unique motion for high throughput with reduced vibration. Available in lab and production sizes for scale-up studies.

Centrifugal Sifter
The Centrifugal Sifter uses beater bars and centrifugal force to propel product against screen mesh for particle-size separation. The MiniSifter (approx. 0.3 ft² screening area) is optimized for lab-scale separations.

Multi-Chamber Grinding
The Multi-Chamber Flex Grinding Mill enables simultaneous grinding of multiple materials or the same material with different media in one machine, suitable for small-batch wet or dry trials and comparative studies.
