The SWECO High-Temp Separator provides a solution for challenges in high-temperature processes. SWECO engineers use targeted cooling techniques and heat-resistant components to allow operation in hot cooking oil applications and other high-temperature environments.

Key features

• BRASS MOTOR BEARING CAGE: Motion generator fitted with a brass cage bearing instead of polyamide to raise the bearing temperature tolerance and protect grease from heat degradation.
• HIGH-TEMP BRAIDED HOSES: Braided stainless-steel hoses on all TechLube™ lube lines to the motion generator for increased temperature resistance and protection against hot oil drips.
• STAINLESS STEEL INSPECTION OPENINGS: Covers and frame inspection openings use stainless-steel plates, high-temperature gaskets and a T-handle for easy access instead of rubber inserts to reduce material degradation.
