QuickChange NV
The QuickChange NV from SWECO is a non-vibrating screen change system that simplifies screen replacement into a single-operator task. It uses closed-loop hydraulic lifters mounted off the unit base or fixed to the plant floor to raise the frame stack safely and precisely.

QuickChange PT
The QuickChange PT employs two self-contained air cylinders housed in towers mounted on each side of the unit. Cylinder rods engage brackets on the cover or frame to lift the frame stack. The PT design reduces footprint compared with older systems and is offered in carbon steel or stainless steel for 48 and 60 in units. Pneumatic actuation is controlled by a simple switch for fast, one-person operation.
