The TGM gripper tube is a pneumatic inflatable gripper specially designed for the palletizing and depalletizing of small glass bottles with short necks, positioned with a reduced gap between the necks. Thanks to its slim structure and targeted inflation at the lower part only, this gripper tube ensures precise, reliable, and damage-free handling. It preserves the integrity of the glass while ensuring optimal positioning. Made of high-abrasion-resistant vulcanized rubber, the TGM pneumatic gripper tube operates with compressed air and integrates easily into all types of automated production lines. The M10x70 mm threaded rods allow for quick installation into any gripper head. Available in several diameters to suit the spacing between bottle necks, the TGM gripper tube is offered in standard lengths for European or American pallets. Custom versions of this industrial gripper are also available to meet your specific needs.
