Full layer vacuum gripper

Our standard vacuum plates are designed for the precise and safe handling of wide-mouth jars and bottles. Thanks to their compatibility with all vacuum heads, they are ideal for automated palletizing and depalletizing lines. The vacuum plates are made of a wooden or PVC base, topped with foam covered by a rubber sheet. The plates are custom-drilled, with one hole per jar, and can be easily inserted using a toggle clamp system. The gripping system operates via an electric vacuum pump or a pneumatic venturi system, ensuring stable handling.
