Description

Overview
Continuous-operation extraction unit with a brushless motor and extended filter equipment compared with the BF 100/200 series. Modular design allows configuration to suit specific industrial processes and local extraction points.

Product variants
  • BF 1000R: Pre-filter mat (F5), particle filter (H13), activated carbon
  • BF 1200R: Z-Linepanel Plus filter (F7), particle filter (H13), activated carbon

Technical data
Air volume flow: max. 280 m³/h
Effective air volume flow: 30 – 230 m³/h
Max. static pressure: 11000 Pa
Voltage: 100–240 V
Frequency: 50/60 Hz
Motor power: 1.1 kW
Drive type: Brushless motor
Sound level: approx. 59 dB(A)
Serial interface: 25-pin Sub-D

Key features
  • Modular filter system for particulate and gaseous contaminants (H13 particle filtration plus optional molecular sieve / activated carbon).
  • Continuous-duty brushless motor for stable flow and long service life.
  • Tool-free filter cassette for rapid on-site maintenance and replacement.
  • Basic control electronics with configurable options and external interface for process integration.

Applications and compliance
  • Designed for local extraction in industrial processes: laser smoke, soldering fumes, welding fumes and general dust extraction.
  • Selected models (e.g. BF 200R, BF 1200R) conform to DIN EN ISO 21904-1 / -2 and are available with W3 / DGUV approvals; TRGS 528-relevant configurations available.
