Description

The BF100R and BF200R laser extraction systems have been specially developed for laser marking, coding and engraving applications. These compact and efficient systems feature brushless motors and enable standalone operation with intuitive control electronics. They offer modular configurations to meet individual requirements. The BF100R has a filter configuration with pre-filter mat, particle filter and activated carbon, while the BF200R also offers a Z-Linepanel Plus filter for more demanding applications. A differential pressure indicator monitors filter saturation to ensure timely maintenance. The systems are also characterized by energy-efficient technology, safety and compliance with various standards as well as dual adsorption by activated carbon and granulate. With a powerful motor, effective pollutant removal, adaptability and easy maintenance, the systems offer optimal extraction solutions. The Sub-D 25 interface enables external control and simplifies system management. The aim of the BF100R and BF200R systems is to provide efficient, safe and user-friendly solutions and to ensure a clean and healthy working environment.
