The Finlay I-140RS is a next‑generation impact crushing machine designed for quarrying, mining, demolition and recycling. Its redesigned layout and advanced impact chamber improve material flow, achieve high reduction ratios and produce a consistent product shape. The machine features an on‑board quick‑detach single‑deck screen (4.8 m x 1.5 m) for flexible use with or without recirculation.

General description
The I-140RS integrates the Finlay CR032 impact chamber with direct drive and an advanced electronic control system. For operations that do not require material recirculation, the complete screening and recirculating system can be removed quickly, simplifying transport and reducing service time. High productivity, straightforward maintenance and operator‑focused design make the I-140RS suitable for large‑scale producers and contract crushing operators.
