Description

Overview The Finlay I-120RS is a new-generation Horizontal Shaft Impact (HSI) crusher engineered to improve material flow and production throughput in quarrying, mining, demolition and recycling. It features the Finlay CR038 impact chamber with direct drive and advanced electronic control, delivering high reduction ratios and consistent product shape. A quick-detach on-board two-deck screen (3.66 m x 1.53 m) provides flexible screening and can be removed where recirculation is not required.

Key features
  • Improved material flow driven by increasing component widths through the machine.
  • Fully hydraulic apron setting assist for fast, accurate adjustment.
  • Heavy-duty vibrating feeder (VGF) with integrated prescreen to remove fines and divert bypass material for reprocessing.
  • Quick on-board detachable recirculating system including a large two-deck 3.66 m x 1.53 m screen.
  • Recirculating conveyor can be rotated for closed-loop recirculation or used for stockpiling oversize material.

Component details
  • Main conveyor: 1.1 m (44”) belt width; discharge height 3.5 m (11’ 5”); hydraulically lowered for transport; full-length belt standard.
  • Impact chamber: Finlay CR038; rotor Ø1033 mm (41”), rotor width 1100 mm (44”); inlet 1130 mm x 800 mm (45” x 32”); direct drive via V-belts; hydraulic release chamber protection.
  • Hopper / feeder: 5 m³ (6.5 yd³) standard capacity; with extensions up to 8 m³ (10.4 yd³); rear feed width ~4 m (13’1”) with hydraulic folding extensions.
  • Bypass conveyor: belt width 650 mm (26”); max discharge height approx. 2.5 m; stockpile capacity approx. 18.1 m³.
  • Re-circulating conveyor: belt width 500 mm (20”); hydraulically rotatable between recirculation and stockpile modes.
  • Fines conveyor: belt width 1.4 m (55”); discharge height approx. 3.0 m (9’10”).
  • Screenbox: Two-deck 3.66 m x 1.53 m (12’ x 5’); hydraulic drive with heavy-duty bearings; screen lowers for mesh change and service; RS system quick detach.
  • T-Link Telematics: telematics hardware and software fitted as standard (data subscription options apply).
