Description

Overview
The I-120 horizontal impact crusher is a second-generation machine engineered to improve material flow and productivity in quarrying, mining, recycling and demolition. It incorporates the proven Finlay CR038 impact chamber with direct drive and advanced electronic controls to deliver high reduction ratios and a consistent product shape.

Key features
  • Fully hydraulic apron setting assist for convenient and accurate chamber adjustment.
  • Heavy-duty vibrating feeder (VGF) with integrated prescreen to remove fines and size bypass material for reprocessing.
  • Curved corners on the feeder wear plate to minimise material build-up when handling sticky material.
  • Hydraulically folding and locking hopper operable from ground level for safer and faster onsite set-up and tear-down.

  • Recycling and demolition configurations available: underpan feeder, auto-adjust on chamber secondary apron, overband magnet and by-pass conveyor options.
