This keeps the coating inside the tank at the right temperature and enables consistent product quality with less chocolate giveaway. Optimizes circulation rates The viscosity of the product and the pump pressure together determine system speed. Thanks to this optional feature, pump capacity can be adjusted on the fly. In other words, the operator can visually control production results and, if necessary, increase circulation without stopping the equipment. Enabling on-demand feeding to e.g. dipping systems When there is signal from the dipping system, the pump starts to refill it automatically. This means the operator no longer needs to start and stop the system, just to feed more coating matter into the pump station’s tank.
