OverviewThe TPS563201 is a compact, easy-to-use 3 A synchronous step-down (buck) converter in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DDC) package. Designed for minimal external components, it delivers low standby current and fast transient response using the D-CAP2 control scheme. The TPS563201 operates in pulse-skip mode to maximize light-load efficiency and supports low-ESR output capacitors without external compensation.
