OverviewThe TPS61021A is a synchronous boost converter IC designed for battery-powered portable and smart devices. It delivers up to 3.3 V at 1.5 A from inputs down to 1.8 V and can operate from inputs as low as 0.5 V to extend battery runtime. Protections include output overvoltage, output short circuit and thermal shutdown. Its 2.0 MHz switching frequency enables small external inductors and capacitors and a compact 2.0 mm × 2.0 mm WSON package.
