Description

Description The HDC2010 is an integrated relative humidity and temperature sensor in an ultra-compact WLCSP package that delivers high-accuracy measurements with very low power consumption. The sensing element is placed on the bottom of the device to improve robustness against dust and environmental contaminants. The capacitive sensor includes integrated digital features and an on-chip heater to dissipate condensation. Programmable interrupt thresholds and sampling intervals enable system wake-ups without continuous MCU monitoring, making the HDC2010 well suited for battery-operated designs.

Key functional summary
  • Integrated relative humidity and temperature sensor in WLCSP
  • Factory calibrated: typical ±2% RH humidity accuracy and ±0.2°C temperature accuracy
  • Bottom-placed sensing element for improved contamination robustness
  • Integrated heater to remove condensation and moisture
  • Programmable interrupt thresholds and sampling intervals for low-power wake-ups
  • I2C digital interface
