Product Overview
This integral-type LM guide (Model CSR) combines two LM rails and a single LM block to provide inherent orthogonal accuracy for compact X–Y motion systems. The block contains four-row precision raceways in both the rail and block; balls circulate via end plates and are retained by retainer plates so they do not fall out when the block is removed.

Structure and Features
The internal structure follows the proven HSR concept but integrates two rails back-to-back to achieve high perpendicularity. The LM block is machined so that the perpendicularity error of its six faces is within 2 μm per 100 mm.

• 4-way Equal Load: Balls are arranged at a 45° contact angle in four rows, providing uniform rated loads in radial, reverse-radial and lateral directions for use in any orientation.
• High Rigidity: Four-row, well-balanced ball arrangement increases moment stiffness. Rigidity is approximately 50% higher than two HSR blocks bolted back-to-back, making CSR suitable for high-rigidity X–Y tables; smooth straight motion is maintained even with preload.
• Inner Saddle Option: Supports configurations using an inner saddle to meet installation requirements.

Types / Models

• Model CSR: Full lineup. Basic dynamic load rating C: 10.9 to 100 kN. Basic static load rating C0: 15.7 to 135 kN. Sizes: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 45.
• Model CSR-S: Short/compact type. Basic dynamic load rating C: 19.8 to 40.5 kN. Basic static load rating C0: 27.4 to 53.7 kN. Sizes: 20, 25, 30.

Dimensional & Installation Notes
Length L in dimensional tables includes contamination protection accessories (code UU or SS). Installation of other protection accessories or lubricators increases total block length. The maximum length indicates the standard maximum for an LM rail. Model CSR is not available with an upper-surface lubrication hole.
