Overview
The Model HDR is a full-ball LM guide designed for compact, lightweight single-axis tables using a single LM rail. It provides high rigidity in the rolling direction, high accuracy and 4-way equal load capability. Available sizes: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 45, 55, 65.

Features — Suited for Single Rail Applications
The HDR offers a rigid raceway geometry and back-to-back contact variants that achieve high rigidity in the rolling direction and resistance to tilt, allowing compact single-rail single-axis table designs.

LM Rail Surface Protected from Foreign Materials
The HDR places ball raceways on the sides of the LM rail, reducing exposure to contaminants. Optional plate covers can be fitted to improve protection against chips and debris.

Applications where foreign materials might stick to the LM rail surface

• Woodworking machines producing wood chips
• Tire manufacturing machines where rubber may adhere to rails
• Resin molding machines where resin may contaminate rails

Structure of the HDR
Ball raceways contact the balls at a 45° angle, providing tilt resistance in the rolling direction. Contact arrangements (DB/back-to-back and others) fully support the balls even under applied moments, delivering high rigidity and 4-way equal load capability for use in any orientation.

Globally Standard Dimensions
Model HDR dimensions conform to ISO 12090-1:2011 rolling bearing dimensions for most types; certain US/UT and UV/UW variants differ from ISO dimensions.

LM Blocks and LM Rails Available Separately
LM blocks and LM rails are interchangeable and sold separately when they share the same model number.
