The TT-600N from TierraTech® is a high-capacity ultrasonic cleaning system designed for industrial applications requiring deep and efficient cleaning of parts and components.
With a 600-liter tank, this system provides ultrasonic power of 5100Wp (10200Wp-p) and 3 submersible emitters made of AISI 316L stainless steel with high-performance PZT piezoelectric transducers, ensuring uniform cleaning even in hard-to-reach areas.
The 40 kHz operating frequency with sweep system ensures complete and efficient coverage.
The 7” capacitive touch screen allows easy programming of ultrasonic time, temperature, and peripheral systems. The TT-600N also features a pneumatic lifting platform for loads up to 350 kg, a ball drain valve, and an automatic stainless steel lid with pneumatic cylinder.
