TT-1000N Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment – High Industrial Performance for Large Volumes

The TT-1000N from TierraTech® is a high-capacity ultrasonic cleaning system designed for large-scale industrial applications, ideal for cleaning high volumes of parts and components with maximum efficiency and precision.

It features a 1000-liter stainless steel tank (AISI 304) with a special anti-fingerprint finish, durable and easy to clean. Its powerful ultrasonic generator of 6800Wp (13600Wp-p), combined with 4 submersible emitters in AISI 316L stainless steel equipped with 34 titanium PZT piezoelectric transducers, ensures deep and uniform cleaning, even in hard-to-reach areas.

The 40 kHz operating frequency and sweep system ±2% guarantee optimal and consistent results.

The 7” capacitive Touch Screen allows easy programming of ultrasonic time, temperature, and peripheral systems, with weekly scheduling to optimize cleaning processes.

Its pneumatic lifting platform, with a capacity of up to 500 kg, simplifies loading and unloading of parts, while the tank’s robust construction and accessories provide durability, versatility, and high performance in any industrial environment.
