The TT-2000N from TierraTech® is a high-performance ultrasonic cleaning system designed for industrial applications requiring deep and efficient cleaning of medium and large parts, as well as industrial components and accessories.
Its 1900-liter tank, made of 2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel, combined with a 1 mm anti-fingerprint steel exterior panel and 20 mm K-Flex Duct Net thermo-acoustic insulation, ensures durability, resistance, and easy cleaning.
The system provides 12,000 W (24,000 W p-p) ultrasonic power via 6 submersible emitters of 2000 W each, equipped with 34 PZT piezoelectric transducers with aluminum alloy housing. The 40 kHz operating frequency and sweep system ±2% guarantee uniform and thorough cleaning.
Its pneumatic lifting platform, with a capacity of up to 1000 kg, simplifies loading and handling of heavy parts. The 4.3” TFT LCD touchscreen allows easy programming of ultrasonic time, temperature, and peripheral systems, with a weekly calendar to optimize cleaning cycles. Key Specifications:
