The TT-3000N from TierraTech® is a high-capacity ultrasonic cleaning system, specially designed for the deep and efficient cleaning of medium-sized parts and components in industrial environments. Its ultrasonic technology ensures uniform results, even in applications where conventional methods fail, providing an efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solution.
It features a 2850-liter tank made of 2.5 mm AISI 304L stainless steel and a 1 mm anti-fingerprint exterior panel, ensuring durability, resistance, and easy maintenance.
The ultrasonic power of 16,000 W (32,000 W p-p) is delivered through 8 submersible emitters of 2000 W each, equipped with 34 PZT piezoelectric transducers in aluminum alloy housing. The 40 kHz operating frequency with sweep system ±2% guarantees fast, deep, and uniform cleaning.
The pneumatic lifting platform supports up to 1500 kg, facilitating the handling of heavy parts. The 7” capacitive touchscreen allows programming of ultrasonic time, temperature, and peripheral systems, with a weekly calendar to optimize cleaning processes. Key Specifications:
