Description

The compact OG1 oval gear liquid flowmeter gives high performance, excellent chemical resistance and has high viscosity options available for liquids above 1000cSt. This oval gear flow sensor has a standard flow range from 0.01 to 1.0 L/min on 30 cSt oil and 0.1 to 1.0 L/min on water-like liquids. With variable high pressure models up to 700 bar in standard 316 Stainless Steel with Viton™ ‘O’ ring seal and a standard ¼” process fitting size, options for non-metallic PEEK materials and sensors suitable for hazardous areas are available. For OEM applications other alternatives are available, including high pressure options and manifold mountings. Ideal for: Engine test Oil flow High viscosity liquids OEM equipment Hazardous areas Batching Features: Excellent chemical resistance Rugged construction Individual calibration High viscosity capability Low pressure drop No flow conditioning required Compact meter assembly Hall, reed switch or Namur sensor Non-metallic option
