Overview
INNOSORT™ FLAKE is a high-throughput flake sorting system designed for industrial plastic recycling. It combines near-infrared (NIR) polymer identification with dual-sided high-resolution color imaging and adjustable background illumination to separate polymers, colors and transparencies from mixed and contaminated streams.

Applications
Designed for PET and mixed-plastic recycling processes including washed flakes, post-consumer and post-industrial streams. Suitable for removing same-color contaminants, PVC, PP, PE, additives and aged material prior to extrusion or further purification.
