Description

High precision planetary gearboxes MTA series stand out for high precision and efficiency being suitable for application in robotics, automation, printing machines, automatic machines for packaging, manipulators, screen printing machines, linear guides. The MTA series is available in 5 sizes (16-22-32-40-55) with 1 or 2 reduction stages. PRODUCT DETAILS Torque range T2M = 32 – 1440 Nm Reduction range 3 to 100 Maximum angular backlash < 6' Output casing isa spheroidal cast iron casting which is suitably treated to guarantee strength and stability. Input casing is made of high-quality steel and subsequently treated to be given hardness and toughness. Clamp is built in light alloy to ensure low moments of inertia. Gears: solar gear and satellite gears are made of case-hardened and tempered alloyed steel, with helical teeth with ground profile to improve performance and increase quietness.
