Short description
Worm gearboxes with aluminium alloy casing treated with enhanced GHA surface treatment, available in sizes 30-75. Designed for industrial applications where improved corrosion resistance and hygienic external design are required.

• Reduction ratios: 5 - 100
• Torque range (T2M): 6.5 - 420 Nm

Configuration
The GHA PREMIUM series is supplied only in the version prepared for motor coupling (PAM) and is not available with a male input shaft.

GHA TREATMENT CHARACTERISTICS

• Bactericidal surface properties
• High corrosion resistance (>2016 h in NSS test)
• Surface hardness after GHA treatment: HV 500-600
• High abrasive wear resistance and improved thermal dissipation
• Hollow output shaft, bolts and plugs in AISI 316 stainless steel
• FDA certified food-grade lubricant, oil seals and gaskets
