Product overview
Designed for air heating, these heat exchangers feature an insulated Aluzink steel panel casing that houses an AISI 304 combustion chamber with flame inversion and an integrated tube bundle.

Materials and components
Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel sheet. Supplied complete with:

• burner mounting plate
• CE-compliant burner feed rail
• combustion inspection window
• natural gas or LPG burners with variable output

Air movement
Airflow and recirculation are provided by electric fans specifically designed for high-temperature operation.

Safety and controls
The exchanger is equipped with a safety thermostat calibrated approximately 50°C above the set temperature that interrupts heating in case of anomalies. A preset ventilation cycle allows the unit to cool after shutdown.
