Our heavy duty backgauge is designed according to the size and tonnage of the machine. X axis (forward / reverse) opérâtes on linear bail bearings and bail screw. R axis (Up / down) opérâtes on rack-pinion and linear guiding. Z1-Z2 axis (fingers) opérâtes independently from each other on rack-pinion and linear guiding. This high speed back- gauge system is driven by servo motors and providing high précision positioning. X1-X2-R1-R2-Z1-Z2 6 axis ATF type backgauge On this backgauge ail axis has independent movement and are controlled separately by CNC conroller, so the fingers can reach ail possible points easily and independently from each other.
