This replacement printhead fits Zebra ZT200 series printers (ZT210, ZT220, ZT230) and provides the official 203 dpi resolution (commonly referred to as 200 dpi). It restores sharp text, clear images and reliably scannable barcodes and QR codes for industrial label printing.

Zebra ZT200/220/230 Printhead – 203 dpi
The printhead is compatible with Zebra ZT210, ZT220 and ZT230 models. Over time, contamination or wear can reduce print quality; replacing the printhead restores original output and prevents unreadable labels and production downtime.

Assembly and maintenance
Verify printer model, resolution and part number before ordering. Do not substitute a 300 dpi head for a 203 dpi head without adjustments.
