Description
VelatiTFR grinder breaker, made entirely of stainless steel, is used to break and grind frozen meat blocks up to -20 ° C, while maintaining the highest standards in terms of safety, sanitation and quality of cut.
TFR grinder breaker, with high motor efficiency class with power up to 130 kW, can be used either alone or added to an automatic production line according to customer needs; it is available in two versions:TFR 300 andTFR 400 with outlet mouth respec – tively of 300 and 400 mm diameter.
TFR grinder breaker, equipped with a 350 mm diameter breaking worm ensures, in addition to the precision and quality of the cut that always distinguishes Velati machinery, a productivity in continuous up to 12 ton / h; due to its high productivity and flexibility it is normally used in industrial plants for cooked salami, fresh sausages, pet food, vegetable processing and bio-gas production.
