The frontal unloading mixer is completely made of stainless steel and is composed by a double cradle mixing tank in which there are two intersecting paddles shafts with the same shape and dimension. The tank capacity varies from 700 to 3.000 lt. Machines with bigger tanks capacity are available upon request. Each mixer is available also in the vacuum versions and with CO2 intake. The frontal unloading, done with a worm placed at the end of the tank, allows the machine insertion in continuous processing lines. The machine is suitable for processing any kind of mixture, as wurstel salami or mortadella with the exception of the insertion of frozen pieces or meat blocks of large size.
