Description
The Velati’s tilting mixer is completely made of stainless steel and it is formed by a solid basement in which is attached a mixing tank built with a double cradle.
In the tank there are two mixing shafts with intersecting paddles of the same shapes and dimensions. The tank capacity varies between 300, 500, 700 or 1.100 lt.
Each mixer is available also in the vacuum versions and with CO2 intake. This kind of mixer discharges the product on two or more trolleys by a tank tilting, allowing the complete recovery of raw material and a quick and easy washing of the tank itself. The mixing shaft system with intersecting paddles allows as well a rapid and safe working without smashing the product.
