Description
Velati’s TA6 – TM6 grinders, completely built in stainless steel, have been designed to perform productions fitted for the small/medium industry preserving the same mechanical and tecnical characteristics of grinders built for the large industry.
Both models are available in two different versions: two speeds and variable speed.
The first version, the two speeds one, has two speeds on the feeding worm while the knives’ speed remains constant; the second version, the variable speed one, has instead a variable speed both on the feeding worm and on the knives allowing to maintain a high quality product. The TA6 model has not the mixing tank but a hopper with a paddle feeder, while the TM6 model is provided with a mixing tank with two shafts with paddles.
