Filter press with leaning plates LFA 400×400 Standard version in stainless steel AISI 304 on wheels featuring: Fixed plate complete with inlet pipe with ball valve connected to the feeding pump installed on board and outlet pipe with sight glass and ball valve. Mobile plate. Side frames for support of the mobile plate and of filtering plates. Equalizer crosspiece for side frame fixing. Manual screw closure. Stainless steel AISI 304 basin. Piston feeding pump in stainless steel AISI304 with expansion pot, pressure gauge, pressure switch and safety valve, electrical switch magneto-thermic for start and stop. Voltage standard 400/3/50 Hz. Lees plates 400x400mm made in polypropylene and filtering cloths made in polypropylene. LFA 500x500, 630x630 Standard version fixed features: - Side frames for connection of fixed plate and rear equalizer crosspiece and also for mobile plate and lees plates support. - Fixed frame on legs made in carbon steel sandblasted and painted with epoxy resin. - Fixed plate with connections of product inlet and outlet. - Mobile plate by sliding wheels on side frames. - Rear equalizer crosspiece for side frames support and for housing the hydraulic cylinder. - Manual hydraulic closing by oleo-dynamic gearcase complete with accessories, simple effect hydraulic cylinder with spring return, manual pump and pressure gauge for closure pressure control. - Intermediate and end plates made in polypropylene with internal discharge manifold, dimensions 500x500mm or 630x630mm - Polypropylene filtering cloths. - Standards availables on request ; 800x800mm, 1000x1000mm, 1200x1200mm, 1500x1500mm.
