Standard version in stainless steel AISI 304 with frame on wheels composed by: -Standard version in stainless steel AISI 304 with frame on wheels. Filter chamber with sanitary pressure gauge, safety valve. Bell lifting device. Smooth weldings, without stagnant areas, silicon / epdm gaskets. -Dosing tank (with closed lid) for filter aids preparation complete with agitator and AISI 304 membrane dosing pump with inox head and adjustable flow. Male part DIN connection for de-aerated water on dosing lid. Male part DIN connection for prearrangement CO2 with syntherized candle on shell. -Centrifugal feeding pump made in AISI 304, with inox impeller. Breather beer device on head pump. Multiposition valve for feeding flow regulation. -Inlet product piping complete with fittings DIN and accessories with butterfly valves (two for product inlet) and sightglass. -Outlet product piping ccomplete with fittings DIN and accessories with butterfly valves (two for product outlet), flow meter and sightglass. - Ball valve for flow regulation. -Horizontal filtering sectors in stainless steel AISI 304 with AISI 316 screens, AISI 304 spacers. -Residual filter: discharge of the filter thanks to a dedicated disk, with the same pump of the filter, no compressed air required. -Plastic tray for cake collecting at the end of filtration. -Control board in pvc, IP55 protection.Voltage standard 400/3/50 Hz.
