Description

AISI304 Stainless Steel version with carbon steel frame on fix supports. Axial feeding with pneumatic ball valve DN 120 (PSC150) / DN125 (PSC250) / DN150 (PSC320 – PSC440). Feeding pressure switch with sound alarm to indicate end of filling cycle and automatic stop of feed pump (feed pump not included). Closed tank with sliding hermetic door (800×580 mm) with pneumatic piston and membrane made in fabric suitable for foodstuff. Hinged draining channels. Device for membrane inflating and deflating installed on the press and it is composed by compressor (inflating), blower (inflating and deflating at low pressure) and set of pneumatic solenoid-valves. Basin for product collecting. System for automatic start and stop of must extraction pump with switch and floater (extraction pump not included). Aisi 304 Stainless Steel control board equipped of 30 programs PLC with display touch-screen for management of all pressing phases, washing and must selection cycles (if included) with automatic or manual mode. Standard voltage 400/3/50 Hz. AISI304 Stainless Steel frame on wheels (PSC50) / on fix supports (PSC80 – PSC 100). Axial feeding with manual ball valve DN 120.
