Standard version in AISI304 Stainless Steel with frame on wheels (2 swivel wheels with brake). Monobloc execution. Vacuum system composed by vacuum pump, pressure switch installed in the semi-hermetic pump body. Pump body in AISI304 Stainless Steel with tubular element in food grade rubber (EPDM) suitable for liquid foodstuffs or semi dense products. Variable speed by means of electronic inverter integrated in the control board. Electric control board complete with command for selection of pumping direction, main switch and emergency push button. Expansion vessel in AISI304, removable on DIN connection. Safety device for pump stop in case of over-pressure due to wrong operation in the pipe circuit after the pump. Pressure switch can be used both for security and for the automatic stop when filling barriques. Standard voltage 400/3/50 Hz. Accessories: HOPPER FOR MASH RECEIVING: AISI 304 Stainless Steel loading hopper with motorized screw and independent gear-motor at fixed speed. System for quick removal of the hopper. Indipendent power socket for management of hopper from the control panel of the pump. Auxiliary support foot. REMOTE CONTROL START – STOP AND FLOWRATE REGULATION: Remote control with start – stop and flowrate regulation. NB: the flow inversion must be done from the main control panel only.
