Description
With nanofiltration, wine crosses a very thin filter, that guarantees the concentration of color and musts, the decrease of alcoholic content, the extraction of green tannins and pyrazines, the reduction of volatile acids.
Standard version in AISI 304 Stainless Steel featuring:
Centrifugal feed pump with prefilter in Stainless Steel.
Piston pump/s for pressurization with pulsations damper.
Housing in AISI 316 Stainless Steel.
Spiral membranes type 4040.
Magnetic flowmeter on the permeate side.
Flowmeter on the concentrate side.
Manometers and pressure transducers.
Service tank.
Manual ball valves in AISI 316 Stainless Steel.
Control board in Stainless Steel, IP65 protection, with PLC and digital keyboard for set up and control of parameters and alarms.
