VLS Components flanges include both a stainless steel range and a complete range of aluminium flanges. They are forged from a single aluminium block and are cold-marked. They can also be produced according to requested sizes on technical drawings. Stainless steel flanges are made of AISI 304 or 316 and range from DN 10 to DN 2000 (for a pipe ranging from 17,2 to 2020 mm). They are also available in the blind version, without the central hole and in the version with collar. Here are the available versions: PN 6, PN 10, PN 16, PN 25and PN 40. For the blind version, PN 63 and PN 100 are also available, while for the version with collar PN 64 and PN 100 are also available. All VLS Components flanges are in compliance with UNI EN 1092-1 rules.
