Presentation WAMAIR Spot polyTUBE is a compact localized dust collector designed for handling and process machines. Its stainless-steel housing contains vertically mounted polyTUBE filter elements with ZERO nano-fibre media to deliver high filtration efficiency, reduced dust residue and low energy use.

Function WAMAIR Spot polyTUBE is a polygonal collector with integrated fan for extraction of dust from mechanical conveyors. Dust separated by the filter elements is removed by an electrically driven pulse mechanical cleaning system mounted on an energy distribution plate; separated dust can be returned to the process. The cleaning system includes isolation devices and centralized control for efficient operation.

Technical description polyTUBE filtration combines open-profile tubular cell elements with ZERO nano-fibre media to minimise dust retention and maintain filtration efficiency over time. The cover provides easy maintenance access and is lockable; the pulse mechanical cleaning is electrically actuated and mounted on an energy distribution plate to ensure uniform cleaning and energy efficiency. FILMEC controller provides automatic control and data logging.
