Space-saving hopper dust collection solution HOPPERTOP is a compact and versatile venting solution for weigh hoppers in concrete batching plants, combining a minimal footprint with advanced dust filtration technology. HOPPERTOP is a compact, cylindrically shaped venting filter designed for installation on weigh hoppers in concrete batching plants as well as on small process equipment where installation space is limited. The unit is available in multiple configurations to adapt to different system layouts and operating conditions, including versions with integrated fan operation and ATEX-compliant solutions for potentially explosive atmospheres. Function HOPPERTOP is designed for intermittently filled, mechanically loaded hoppers and small process installations requiring efficient dust control. Dust separated from the air stream by a single WAM cartridge filter element is returned directly into the hopper. An integrated automatic reverse air jet cleaning system ensures effective removal of dust from the filter media, maintaining consistent performance. Depending on the configuration, HOPPERTOP can operate either as a standard venting filter connected to a central suction system or as an active solution with integrated fan.
