Applications: PVC Automatic Compounding Production Line is mainly used for PVC powder material conveying. Both negative pressure and positive pressure can be used (dilute phase, dense phase), metering (main material, additives), mixing, and centralized storage. According to the on-site situation, pipe chain, negative pressure, or screw conveying can be used, and the material is assigned to each machine hopper. The whole process is centrally controlled by PLC and monitored on the host computer. The mixing system includes conveying, dosing, and mixing PVC, CaCO3, and other additives to make pipe, sheet, WPC, etc. Features: - Adopts a full computer control system combining engineering control PC and PLC, achieving overall automatic control, multi-directional depositing, production statistics, random print, dynamic supervision, fault alarm, multiple password protection, and more. - Uses America Toly multi-threaded pipe metering transducer and control instrument with dynamic precision of ±0.5-1kg. - Special anti-stick coating and balancing structure metering screw to eliminate effects impacting metering precision. - Special airbag discharging equipment. - System pressure balanced centralized dust collecting system. - Fully closed material conveying system to prevent secondary and environmental pollution. - Multiple system models to adapt to various workshop conditions.
