Applications:
PVC Automatic Compounding Production Line is mainly used for PVC powder material conveying. Both negative pressure and positive pressure can be used (dilute phase, dense phase), metering (main material, additives), mixing, and centralized storage. According to the on-site situation, pipe chain, negative pressure, or screw conveying can be used, and the material is assigned to each machine hopper. The whole process is centrally controlled by PLC and monitored on the host computer.
The mixing system includes conveying, dosing, and mixing PVC, CaCO3, and other additives to make pipe, sheet, WPC, etc.
