How it works- Step 1 – Electrical energy input: the charging circuit supplies an alternating current to the transmitter coil.
- Step 2 – Generating the magnetic field: the transmitter coil converts electrical energy into a varying magnetic field.
- Step 3 – Magnetic coupling: the magnetic field crosses the air gap between transmitter and receiver coils.
- Step 4 – Energy received: the receiver coil converts the changing magnetic field back into electrical energy.
- Step 5 – Power conditioning: rectifier and charging circuit regulate the received power for the battery or electronic load.
