Product overview
The Weishaupt WM-series monarch® is a range of industrial burners for gas, oil and dual-fuel applications covering 55 to 12 000 kW depending on model and configuration. The series combines proven mechanical design with modern digital combustion management and options for low-emission operation.

Technology
  • multiflam®: patented internal flue gas recirculation technique to cool the flame and reduce NOx formation in large combustion systems.
  • Flue gas recirculation (4LN): integrated FGR versions meet stringent emissions limits and are optimised for gaseous fuels.
  • Premix (PLN): premix technology achieves NOx values below 30 mg/kWh in applicable ranges, using separated gas and air feeds and surface-stabilised combustion.
  • Combustion manager compatibility: mixing assembly adaptations with W‑FM200 / W‑FM50 digital managers ensure flame stability and reliable operation; VSD with frequency converters and speed control software available to improve electrical efficiency.
