Overview
The Weishaupt WTC-GW/GB gas condensing boiler with integrated domestic hot water production combines a condensing boiler and a domestic hot water unit in a single compact assembly to minimize footprint and enable installation in constrained spaces.

Main features

• All-in-one unit combining a condensing boiler and a DHW preheater within a single casing.
• Outstanding insulation of the DHW vessel using full-surface polyurethane foam.
• High-performance aluminium-silicon primary heat exchanger with protective anti-corrosion and anti-fouling coating.
• High measured efficiencies: 110.1% (LHV/PCI) and 99.2% (HHV/PCS) for the presented variants.
• SCOT self-calibrating combustion system providing automatic adaptation to gas quality variations (can accept mixtures containing up to 20% hydrogen by volume with natural gas).
• Reduced electrical consumption thanks to integrated high-efficiency circulators and a 20% reduction in water-side pressure drop across the exchanger.

Variants

• Wall-hung boiler with micro-accumulation: instantaneous DHW via stainless steel plate heat exchanger, draw-off flow up to 14 L/min.
• Compact wall-mounted WTC-GW 25-B (K-35P): modulating output 3–24 kW (up to 29 kW for DHW), stainless steel exchanger, 35 L stainless steel DHW vessel.
• Weishaupt Aqua Power floor-standing compact units (WAS Power): stratified DHW tanks available in 80 and 115 litres.
• Compact floor-standing variant with coil: proven 100 L coil-type vessel, suitable for regions with high water hardness.

Control and operation

• Intuitive control concept based on a Turn – Press principle for easy navigation and setup.
• Remote control and monitoring possible via the WEM portal and mobile application (smartphone / internet).
• Option: room controller for simple local temperature management and integrated design.
